How to Sequence after products are grouped within a load

Cube-IQ can sequence products after group is applied.

Sequence within a load takes president by default, products are loaded in order of sequence first before the load is grouped. This default can be changed by enabling the Option's Loading rule to Use 'Sequence' with groups.

Here is a load that is grouped by color using different color shades, and sequenced using Seq. number beginning with lightest to darkest for each colored Grp. number.

Here are the container results with Seq. numbers to illustrate order of loaded products. The last container is where the lightest colors (light red #3, light green #2, and light blue #1) from each group are loaded last. Furthermore, grouped products are not loaded in their own containers.

Instead of loading order of products by sequence number before grouping is applied, products can be grouped and then sequenced within a group's container by enabling the Use 'sequence' with groups feature.

Enable Use 'sequence' with groups to sequence products after products are grouped.

To enable Use 'sequence' with groups: 1) click Options menu on top, 2) click the Loading Rules tab, and 3) check the Use 'sequence' with groups checkbox

Here is the list of products again from above load, highlighting the groups, and followed by the re-optimized results after enabling the Use 'sequence' with groups checkbox.

Resulting containers are much different from the first set of container results above. Products are loaded by Seq. number after being grouped together. And as for Seq. number 1, 2, and 3; the light colored product from each group are loaded last in each of the group's container.
