How to check status of BlackBox 4

This article provides steps on how to check the status of BlackBox 4. 

Requirements

1. Blackbox 4 installed.

Procedure

Follow these steps to check the status of your BlackBox 4:

1. Open a Windows Command prompt.
    
2. Navigate to your BlackBox 4 folder.
   
    

3. Run the following: BlackboxTCP4 -test and BlackboxTCP4 -server.

   BlackboxTCP4 -test
   
   BlackboxTCP4 -server

   
   
    

4. Success BlackboxTCP4 -test.
   1. If successful you will see this message: 
      1. "System ready for processing"
         
          
5. Success for BlackboxTCP4 -server
   1. If successful you will see this message: 
      1. "System ready for processing"
         
6. Take a screen of your command browser after running the commands and send it to EasyPost/MagicLogic Support.
